Next week is Dr. Seuss Week. Let’s join our students in creating a festive environment! There is a gift card for the best teacher manifestation of each day’s theme. You have five chances to win!

Wear a Green Shirt (must also have uniform pants)

Wear Silly or Mismatched Socks (must be in full uniform otherwise)

Crazy Hair Day (must be in full uniform otherwise--no hats or hoodies)

PARCC--March 13-April 6
To ensure that all devices are ready, we’re pushing PARCC testing back one week. Please stay tuned for an email from Ms. Whooper and Mr. Morgan.

Small Group Roadmaps--Due Sunday, March 5 by 5 PM
This is the last week of the 6-week maps we created during our January Flex PD Day. Therefore, we need new small group plans for the upcoming week. Please see the topics of focus below. Use the same templates for Grades 3-8 reading/math.

Thursday is Read Across America Day or Dr. Seuss’ birthday! How will you and your students share the joy for reading? Will you be sharing your favorite book, story, or poem? Will students be allowed to share their favorites? Will you read something as a class purely for the joy of reading?
